This company we entrusted to help us with the trademark process turned out to be fraudulent and deceitful. Our investigation revealed that they submitted fraudulent information on the behalf of the USPTO, which was confirmed by our direct communication with the agency. They not only falsified federal documents but also attempted to scam us out of thousands of dollars. It shows a blatant disregard for ethics and integrity, and poses a serious threat to consumers who may fall victim to such deceitful practices.
