This company advertises building and managing an Amazon store for you. I signed up in Dec 2022. After paying consulting fees and purchasing the inventory, I paid over $62k. I was told my Amazon store would launch in May 2023.

There was very little communication. It then got to Oct 2023 and my store still wasn’t live, with no clear timeline or communication.

I then found out late in Oct 2023 that the company was taking on new clients and communicating their stores would launch in a matter of days… after I had been waiting 11 months with very little communication.

I filed disputes for the money I paid with credit card, and got those funds back. The remaining money I paid with wire transfer was not recoverable.

I got the owner to sign a refund agreement, however, the due date has passed and the owner isn’t paying.
