Michelle Esposito called me and stated she was from Franklin Ferguson Mediations and stated that I owed money from Celtic Bank dating back to 2016. She stated that they were offering me a settlement of $1074.00 and I need to pay or they would be filing a civil lean against me in my county and or a wage garnishment. She stated their attorneys have authorized this settlement and she would need a credit card from me or I would owe over $4000 once a suit was filed. I explained that this debt did not belong to me and she said it did and rattled off the last 4 digits of my ss number. I told her I would need to see something in writing so I could forward to my attorney. She placed me on hold and sent a copy of a letter to my email inbox. Upon reviewing the information and doing my own research, this company does not exist. I have found several posts online stating that this was a scam.
