Franklin Properties Partner contacted me to facilitate a purchase of a membership we had with Sunset. They where trying to charge us for a certificate of naturalization then they came out with a legal and recording (another charge). They have never returned our calls and have us unable to pull from an escrow with over $50000 dollars in it (most of which is ours). I have filed with the NY and FL states attorney offices and the FBI IC3 office. Please STAY AWAY from this company. We have lost a large amount of money and intend to pursue this company with what little money remaining we have. I will also be investigating Unlimited Vacation Club to see how this company contacted me with every piece of private information I provided ROYAL SUNSET on signup. They knew our membership numbers, birth dates, where we had vacationed with SUNSET , and even the exact amount we paid for the membership. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMM ARTIST YET WE DID OUR INVESTIGATIONS AND GOT TO KNOW THIS GUYS REAL IDENTITY ARE ELIAN HERNANDEZ FROMM CIUDAD JUAREZ , BRIAN ALVAREZ FROM MEXICO CITY AND JESUS SANCHEZ FROM CIUDAD JUAREZ. THIS GUYS ALSO ACT AS MEXICAN GOVERNMENT PLEASE HELP US LOCATE THIS CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!
