i ordered from Fourfiy.co (their website is Fourfiy.co) coir product based on the ad picture. I received an inferior, small blocks. I lost $80.00 on this order. I contacted Fourfiy at [email protected] and was told I would have to pay for the product to be sent back to China at my expense (they provided the address). . The advertisement said free returns. The advertisement also said 100% guarantee satisfaction. Help please I feel I have been scammed!
