This is a Russian Blue cat breeder. His scheme is to explain that him and his wife are having a baby and need to sell their cats quickly so they sell them for cheaper than normal. He drafts a selling contract that looks legitimate but obviously isn’t. He always has pictures of 4 cats available. If you are working with this man and trying to get a cat, the address and phone number listed in his contract are not real. If you try and Zelle him, he will tell you to send it to his wife (his business partner) by the name of Madison Khalegi (who i assume is behind the scheme). Do not work with “Michael Foster” you will be scammed and robbed.

This is exactly what happened to me! He said the kitten was $550 + 250 for transfer and sent an agreement. See attached.

We had been searching for a cat and after searching we found www.softbabybluekittens.com/ When we reached out to them they indicate that they didn't have any kittens at this time but Mike Fosters did. And he was expecting his first child and they were looking to sell some. I am a IT security specialist and after just a few moments I got the impression this wasn't on the up and up. I searched the land records for that location and the registered owner of this property isn't Mike Fosters. A further search of the phone number brought us to this site and the report was similar. This is without question a scam

YES! I almost sent the Zelle transfer but then wanted to see my kitten live. The agreement did not state the birthday! SCAM!
