I called this number asking for help retrieving a tax form from my dad's previous health insurance and James License # 3650804 instead of telling me I had called the wrong number he told me the form was being withheld due to my dad owing money to the insurance and we needed to pay$ 284 for the insurance to release the tax form to us, I didn't feel comfortable but we needed the tax form so I questioned why the paper work said it was a life insurance policy he stated the reason was because he didn't have a form to collect a debt so he had to use a standard form yet he was lying, I asked again I said we are not interested in buying any type of policy please don't sign us up for anything we just need to get the tax form yet he insisted if we wanted the form we had to sign the e signature and they would call the next morning, he did call again in the morning and said he set an appointment for a later time to release the tax form, then I never heard from him again. I tried calling back and no way to get a hold of him, I then got emailed welcome forms and member id # s for a life insurance policy I did not agree to purchase.
