The company positions to sell clothing. The item of clothing was advertised online, I purchased after reading return policy. I purchased one item. They updated my order to two items and charged my card without consent. After raising the issue they said I can return the items and there’s nothing they can do now. After I received items that looked nothing like what was sold to me and attempted to initiate a return they said I have to send everything to china on my own expense and it’ll cost me $110. They declined to refund me for the item I did not buy.

I purchased merchandise and it arrived 2wks later. Merchandise was poor quality and didn’t fit. Although their website offers refund, when I contacted them, they offered exchange only and I were to pay half of shipping costs. They haven’t given me guidance on how to proceed with this process. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for guidance but, have received no response.
