I ordered thru the site online after a coworker ordered some ratchet straps. The money was taken from my account after several weels i emailed them about the product they said it showed it'd be delivered in a few days. A week later no product emailed again asking for a refund or shipping info, they responded there was a shipping delay. After several emails and 2 months still no product nor refund and the site is now unavailable.

I saw the Facebook ad for retractable ratchet straps. I clicked on it, placed my order and immediately received a confirmation email. I used Shop to pay for it for added security. I never received the order and when I clicked on the order to check it, the website was no longer available.
