Emailed back on Dec 19th, response from the company, advised the following:
Thank you for reaching out. We see that your order #26554 has been received, and the latest tracking shows that it is still in China and waiting to be picked up by the carrier: 17Track Tracking.
Unfortunately, because international shipments from China can take several weeks, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause.
