Online Animal Purchase

The scammer used a website to try to sell kittens. I found a chocolate ragdoll named Arthur on the website (Fluffy Paws Cattery) that I wanted to get and I emailed back and forth with the "breeder"/scammer and got a lot of information regarding the health of Arthur and delivery details. After the Zelle payment of $1000 was sent, they said that the delivery company would contact me. The delivery company (Star Light Pets Relocation) contacted me and then mentioned that Arthur would need to be transferred to a temperature controlled crate that would cost an additional $1399 as a rental that would then be refunded. This payment was never sent and this is when I realized it might be a scam so I called the number they gave me that they told me to Zelle for the $1399 and a girl answered and she said she had no idea what I was talking about so I definitely started to panic. I messaged the "breeder"/scammer back to get more information on this crate and I messaged that I was certain it was a scam and he tried to reassure me it wasn't and also told me not to call the number that he provided for Zelle (this was a big red flag here) but I didn't fall for that again. My sister also helped and discovered the exact same images on another website that is also likely as scam (Premier Ragdolls Farm).

We paid for a kitten named Thor

He was to be shipped on Sunday Oct 27th to us from California to Alberta. This place choose the transport company and billed us for $200 US

The kitten has never showed up and I believe they are working in conjuntion with the transport company who have also now billed me for thousands and I will file a claim against them too

Fluffy Paws will now not respond to any texts or emails - we have no kitten and no refunds
