On 05/03/2020, I ordered online from Ava Flowers in Marietta, S.C., a blue floral arrangement called the Bouncing Baby Boy bouquet for my daughter-in-law who just had a difficult birth, but rewarded us with a beautiful baby boy. I was charged $82.10 from Ava Florists for a medium bouquet. However, my daughter-in-law received flowers that were worse than a Walmart bouquet of $9.99. And, not one flower in the spindly yellow and orange lot were BLUE flowers. There was no vase included. No blue and white polka dot ribbon as pictured. Nothing. I am so disappointed and heart-broken. It was supposed to be a pleasant surprise. I tried to call their customer support, couldn't get through, got some automated phone run-around that they would call 05/06/2020 in the evening. And guess what? Surprise! No call ever came. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment. This company is Flower Tech Center, Inc. d/b/a Avas Flowers. It is a complete scam. They have even been reported on YELP, and there is a Facebook Page called: Ava Flowers Scam.
