Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews or delivery information listed.
Valentines Day came and went, no phone call, e-mail or any form of contact.
I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address provided to try to find out when delivery would be sent - no response
I tried called the 1 888 number - no response. I even asked for a call back, nothing.
Today, i did a little research and read some reviews, read their website to find out they are either a fraudulent company or have zero customer service skill and are just in it for the money.
I have very little hope that I will get my money back from them and warn any person not to use them.
Apparently they only deliver in major cities in Ontario. If this is the case, then why did my address get accepted as a delivery location. Oh and of course they took the payment for the product.
