I ordered a floral arrangement from LoveFlora.com as a Valentine's gift. The items have not arrived; tracking information originally showed on YUN tracking out of China, although the company showed a Los Angeles location. Since then, the tracking information has been non-existent, and a prior phone number listed is no longer available to attempt contact with. The email address is not recognized as valid, and their contact page allows you to send a message. However, I have attempted to reach them three times and received no response. The item was purchased on Feb 7th, and as of today (Feb 20), there has been no contact or update regarding any product information.
