Flixier charged me for a subscription I couldn't cancel

I purchased a video editor software from Flixier (flixier.com) on 6/9/2024 , this software did not work at all and I was not aware of the monthly membership subscription for a free trial! They have no contact number in the USA! I tried to reach them several times by email ([email protected]) and I get no response. On the same day I purchased I wanted my refund. They charged me again the amount of $14 on 6/22/2024 and on 7/14/2024, totaling $14. I had to call my bank and dispute these transactions. I did receive credit from my bank for both payments on 6/9 and 6/22 , bank is working on my other recurring payment placed on 7/14/2024, they could not find a contact number for this Flixier company either. I send them another email and I still don’t receive any response! I can’t cancel subscription on their website either. I am upset and I believe they are not a legit company at all , they are thieves and scammers. I want my $14 refund and resolve this situation canceling my subscription with this FRAUD COMPANY and never have to deal w this again!
