This is a fraudulent QR code scam. The QR code was in the Gott's Court parking garage in Annapolis Maryland, on an official-looking prominently displayed sign (it was probably a sticker on top of the actual code). When I scanned the code to attempt to pay for parking, I got a text notification from my bank stating that flexible-yoga.com had attempted to charge me $59.99. I had expected the company charging for parking to be Metropolis, and parking was supposed to be $15. I marked the charge as fraudulent. I couldn't find another way to pay for parking so I'm expecting an additional fine, which I will contest because of this scam. (Note: all information about the scamming company was obtained from their website. They were posing as the Gott's Court garage.)
