Fitvii blood pressure watch scam and impossible return process

They're falsely advertising a blood pressure monitoring watch from Fitvii (fitvii.com) that does not actually work. On first attempt to cancel the order when I found reviews that made me suspicious it was a scam they continuously tried to talk me out of canceling the order despite the fact the order was already going to be much later than advertised. The product didn't arrive until after PayPal's deadline to settle the claim depute when I first attempted to cancel the order. After proving that the device didn't work they still attempted to talk me out of returning the device and giving me a refund. I lost $75.00 on this. In small print they have a restocking fee of 15% which I did not catch before I placed the order to begin with which is my own fault. They offered an extra product to make good on the fact they never sent me an order confirmation and the product was delayed but they did not make good on that offer and did not send the extra product. Exactly a month after the initial charge, I am still attempting to get my money back. They have some convoluted return process where they want to inspect the product by picture before even giving me the ability to mail it back and get a refund. They have still yet to send me the information on how to do this, even after I contacted them at [email protected].
