I ordered a reformer from fitness reformer (website retail-exclusive.com) for $59. I contacted them the first time thru email ([email protected]) and they responded with it was shipped out, responded thru email a second time and they told me they sold out if I didn’t mind waiting for them to restock I said no problem a month 1/2 later I sent a third email asking for my order they responded with we have our reformers stocks it should be shipped out within 24 hours I sent another email fourth one asking for a refund they never responded sent a fifth one asking for a refund no response.
