Searched part number for pump on google. It was 2nd on the list. Found part I needed and at a good price. Put ordering information in and purchased. Money was withdrawn from the business account. When order did not arrive, I assumed it was delayed. Gave it another day and then went on their website to find the tracking number and noticed the order was cancelled. I called customer service and they said they would look into it and call me right back. 3 hours went by and I used the chat feature on the website. The chat feature put me on hold as well. I started looking through the reviews and found that this has happened to numerous people.

While I understand that certain things happen on any given day, not responding is still a response. I paid extra to have it shipped Air to avoid wasting valuable time but apparently thats all I am getting, wasted time and paid for nothing at this point.
