On Thursday, March 27th, I called Fireside Home Essentials regarding charges on my debit card, that I didn't make. Obviously, their company/website are a scam/fraud, as I didn't make any purchase for fireplace items or anything else that you claim to sell. Rather, the representative that I spoke to, said my information was received when I entered to win an electronic toothbrush, that was promoted by my insurance provider, United Healthcare. I will also be contacting them to let them know of this scam and selling of information.

Below are all of the charges to my account.

2/9 - $11.95 - Charge was from Cozy Hearth Essentials. This "company" doesn't exist when you look it up, but the representative told me I was charged $11.95 on this date, which I was, so obviously you're using 2 different "company" names (but fireplace items are the common denominator).

2/11 - $76.35 - Same charge description as above

3/16 - $76.35 - Same charge description as above

3/27 - $39.98 - Fireside Home - this was the only fraudulent charge that was refunded, after my call on Thursday, March 27th.

After realizing on Monday, 3/31, that there were other charges on my account from Cozy Hearth Essentials, I called back to get a refund for the 2 charges of $76.35 and the $11.95 charge. After a while, they conceded to refunding me for the 2 charges of $76.35, but not the $11.95 charge. Since these companies are fraudulent, they have made a lot of money just by keeping the $11.95 initial charge from anyone else that’s been scammed by them. They were very adamant that I would’ve be getting the $11.95 back after going back and forth to get the other charges refunded. They keep trying to offer me 50% of it back, then 70%. When I asked for the representatives name, she only said Diane and her employee ID 730, but would not give me her last name. I am very skeptical that any of that information is accurate. I also called them out for not being a fireplace accessory store, and she had nothing to refute or say.
