I made the mistake of ordering samples and they charged me almost 200 dollars and refused to refund me even though they hadn’t shipped anything yet. I am returning the product immediately when I get it. They were very rude when I contacted them too. I have NEVER had an experience like that with a company like this. Do Not Order From This Company - Terrible Experience

I made the horrible decision of ordering free samples from this company. There were two products and I paid a small shipping fee. I forgot to cancel the automatic shipments that were triggered just 14 days after the initial free order.

I contacted their customer service department immediately. They canceled future shipments, but refused to help me with a refund. I explained that I wanted to send back both unopened bottles, and they explained that they don't offer refunds.

I've ordered from, and have worked for, multiple online-based supplement companies, and this is the first time I've ever heard of a company not offering refunds (even when the package and the products are unopened).

I submitted a dispute through my financial institution, but the claim was denied. Now I'm stuck with $50+ of unopened FING supplements that I won't touch with a 10 foot pole.

I want this company to issue me a return label so that I can send this order back and get a refund. It's ridiculous!

I seen an ad online for this product claiming to increase you memory and such.they offered a 14 free trial just pay shipping.i gave them my bank card info and my address for shipping.in small print it states that "if you do not

cancel in the 14 day trial period that a charge of $109.99 will be charged on your card on the 9th day of every month."they give you the info to contact them to cancel.i waited for my free trial but it never came.by then the 9th arrived and they charged my account the $109.99.this was over a month ago and I still haven't received the free trial or the months worth of product that I paid for.i try to contact this company but they outsource all complaints and account cancellations to this company that says they are available 24/7 but they are not.i have left numerous msgs with them with no return contact.but when the 9th came back around the following month they did not charge my account...this company is taking advantage of people during this pandemic and it's bull[censored].now I'm out $130.00 Wich I don't have a lot of money to be giving away like it grows on trees.
