Hello this is the situation and I thought this was kind a a little bit to I was never informed of any bills that was needing to be paid or past due and if so I would’ve been paying them off on my own accord and I never received any notice in the mail regarding anything from this company no account information no nothing. And this is what this woman who left me iMessage without any name or account information nor did she have my actual name so bottom line is I do have the Recording of the message that she left.

Hello we have an important message from financial Corporation of America this is a call from a debt collector please return the call 1-800-276-0901 thank you bye-bye…” and this is all I received via a text message but I thought it was needing some further investigation regarding this.

This company called me stating I owed money for medical bills. I checked online via MyChart and verified I did not have any outstanding bills. I found this suspicious and did not verify the identifying information they were asking for. I called the healthcare provider and they verified they did not send any of my medical bills to collections. They also verified that this is not the collections agency they use. The executive director over customer service verified that this company is a scam. This has happened in the past to other patients. No one has confirmed how they received my information or knew I had medical services provided at this hospital.
