I ordered 2 GE refrigerator filters . The website said $10 savings if 2 were ordered. I paid $49.86 for the 2 filters.

When trying to install them the refrigerator would not recognize the filters. Upon close inspection there was no RFID chip

as on the old filter. Both filters were bogus. When I now attempt to go back to the website the domain is no longer being used.

I ordered them a few months ago and now I am notifying the credit card company.
