Deceptive subscription process - renewals apparently are automatic and you are charged for an additional product without warning. I tried to cancel immediately when I saw the charge but Ffern refused basically telling me “too bad.” I will refuse delivery and dispute with my bank. You’d think a company who puts so much into their production and who prides itself on unique, handcrafted scents would uphold similar vigilance in their ethics. BUYER BEWARE -STAY AWAY
