I placed an order for personalized cake rounds on December 13, 2023. The website said it would take 3-5 days for processing and shipping. When I did not receive my order by December 22, 2023, I sent a message through their website. I never got a response. I went on Google and found a contact number (929-330-3400). When I called, a man answered the phone. I explained that I did not yet receive my order. He asked me to hold on while he looked into it, then he hung up the phone on me. I called back, and he said "One second", and hung up the phone again. I called back twice after that and he kept sending me to voicemail. I called another number (929-810-3879) and a woman answered the phone. I told her that I called another number and the person hung up the phone on me. She said he doesn't understand English, which is why he hung up the phone. She then said that my order should be there next week. Note that, at this point, I did not provide my name or an order number, so I asked her how could she give me the status of my order when I didn't even give her my name or order number. She said that there were three orders that were delayed due to issues, so she just assumed I was referring to one of those orders. I gave her my order number, she then told me my name, and assured me that I would receive the items during the week of 12/25. I tried to contact them again today (12/27), and nobody answered the phone. It sounds like a personal cell phone number, and I noticed that the number is based in New York, NY, even though their business is supposed to be in Lawrenceville, GA.
