I was asked to download Anydesk as a result of calling what was listed online as customer service for Netflix. The online listed number I called was 1 (877) 421-4001 and it turned out to be a scam. They followed up from a number in LA +1 (747) 207-3156 and asked that I download Anydesk again after I deleted it a few minutes before. They said I needed to purchase a security card for $290 at CVS to verify my identity at which time I hung up on the call, and shut off my phone by doing a hard reset and then did a factory reset of my iPhone restoring it to factory setting and then adding all my phone information back through iCloud and I changed by financial accounts passwords.
