This webpage is impersonating a government agency, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Authority. When you search online to access this federal site, the scam site is the first option to pop up and has options to file the reports and forms to operate with a US DOT number among other things. To file and make changes with the FMCSA is free, this sight charged us $200.00 and collected personal and business information to file an update to our MCS-150 for a change to our business information. The site mimics the actual federal sigh closely. They collected sensitive personal data and money, and they did not file or update the MCS-150. There are contact forms on the website but no phone number. The chat with a live agent feature on their site does not work. The email correspondence also did not have a phone number in the signature, It was signed Online Department Addison F. Federal Motor Carrier Authority Filings.
