I MADE ORDER FOR WEIGHT LOSS GUMMIES AND THEN I REALIZED IT WAS PROBABLY A SCAM. I CALLED TO CANCEL ORDER FOR WEIGHT LOSS GUMMIES WHERE THEY PROMISE YOU WILL LOSE 25 LBS IN A MONTH. I CALLED TO CANCEL THE NEXT DAY. ( AROUND OCTOBER 27-28). THEY REFUNDED ME 50.87 BACK TO CC AND I WAS WAITING FOR THE REMAINING 50.88 TO GO BACK TO MY CARD AND IT NEVER DID. I NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT BECAUSE I HAD CANCELLED. I CALLED 866-732-1363 ON NOVEMBER 8TH AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THE REMAINING 50.88 IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ON NOVEMBER 25, I CALLED AGAIN BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE 50.88 BACK TO MY CC. THEY SAID THEY SEND AN ECHECK IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. I EVEN TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEY REPEATED THE SAME CRAP OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IF I HAD NOT BEEN ON TOP OF THIS, I WOULD HAVE LOST ALL 102$.....THEY SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR BACK ON NOVEMBER 8TH IN THEIR SYSTEM AND COULD NOT REFUND MY 50.88 BACK TO MY CC AT THAT TIME. AS OF TODAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2024, I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR AN EMAIL WITH AN ECHECK. I AM LIVID. I NEED THAT MONEY TODAY.
