Purchased an app and e-book, 3 month subscription for intermittent fasting. The same day, I realized this program was an inferior program. The book was touted as being "personalized" when in fact it was only personalized because it had my name on it. I tried to cancel to avoid an automatic renewal in June, 2025. When I tried to cancel it requested more money. I reached out to customer support and they sent back emails saying they were sorry, but yes, I would need to pay to cancel. I only subscribed for three months (subscription ends in June) and now they are automatically charging me for another three months. The customer service people say there is nothing they can do. I am kicking myself for making this purchase. I told them I don't want to be billed for another 3 months and they basically told me there is nothing I can do about it.
