In October my mom sent me a link from https://www.fashionportraitgarments.com/ for a walking pad that was on sale while I was working. Usually I would’ve look at the website more before purchasing but she really wanted it and I was busy working so I went against my instincts and just ordered it from Fashion Portrait Garments. I lost $50.00 on this order. Since then there are about 20 emails back and fourth with this “company”, using [email protected]. The original tracking information said the order was delivered in NY, I live in PA. They said they would reship the order and although I have asked for a new tracking number I still have not received the new shipping information or the package. I have now asked for a refund and they just keep telling me the order was already shipped. I don’t think I will ever get my order or a refund.
