I ordered this Christmas tree off of a TikTok ad that appeared authentic on 11/1/24. Shipping was supposed to take 4-6 days however, shipping information had not been updated since 11/4 when a shipping number was provided but shipping provider only states other. Because of this, I performed a quick google search of the company and its associated email addresses- after which I found numerous customer reviews and posts where others stated that this was actually a scam company based out of china placing fraudulent ads on TikTok. Those customers also never received any updates to shipping status or the name of the shipping carrier, despite requesting via email on their website. They provided PayPal a fake tracking number that is unable to be traced but stated that since the shipper “said” they delivered the product, I’m not eligible for a refund.

The alleged stole store page assets (images and text) from the legitimate business Free The Sheep. They were contacted via. a advertisement on TikTok. They seem to be based in Singapore.
