I immediately received a tracking number through 17Track but could not find any tracking details.
I emailed the company and never received a reply so I opened a claim through P***** explaining that after researching online I found the company was fake and I had been scammed. I requested a refund from P***** and they issued me a temporary refund pending a response back from the seller. as soon as I opened the case, I could magically track the “package”.
P***** sent me an email that the case was closed because they had received notice that the package was delivered to my mailbox on 12-02-24.
I appealed the case and provided information that Farmington PTE LTD was not a legit company and all the information regarding a tracking number was a lie.
They denied my appeal and turned my case into there inhouse collection department.
I called P***** and requested to talk to a supervisor. P***** left me on hold for 1 hour and 27 minutes. A women came on the phone and said she could send me a link to supply more supporting documents that the package was not delivered, stating I would need to supply a Notice of Non Delivery.
According to the postmaster the tracking number is not Legit and cannot be found by the United States Postal Service therefore they can not provide me with a Notice of Non Delivery.
The postmaster at the post office located in Georgia stated the tracking number associated with my item is not a USPS tracking number and the item cannot be located nor tracked. She also stated that when an Item is received and accepted through customs, upon arrival to a UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE LOCATION a new tracking number is established. NO TRACKING NUMBER WAS ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, therefore this package never arrived at ANY USPS Locations that are located within the United States of America.
THIS IS A SCAM. The package can not be tracked by any legit or authorized personnel because this is all FAKE. Seller is fake, Website is fake, URL is fake, Tracking Number is fake.
