I both a ticket on March for my hole family from this airline cause me $2400, and I am trying to reach them back cause I don't see a confirmation number I call the airline they tell me that i have no flight under any of my families name, so I try to reach the ticket line that I call for a hole day can't get through to no one and my trip is in a week I am so piss off right now

purchased airline tickets on Feb 26, 2025 and was told I would get the ticket confirmations by the last week in march but they tickets never arrived. When I finally got somoeone to answer the phone on April 1st, they appologized and said it was delayed in the system and that I would have them by the end of that week. Monday the following week, still no tickets. After many attempts someone answered the phone Tuesday afternoon and stated that they had sent an email on thurday, which i had not received, and stated that the airlines had cancelled my flight and that they would refund my money but it would take 15-20 days. I still have not received a refund and all numbers associated with them are disconnected. I did receive an email that stated the money would be refunded but since its over the 30 days my bank won't file a fraud charge back against it.
