I purchased 2 airline tickets on line, it said I would receive them via email after payment was cleared. I did not hear from them so I messaged asking when I should expect my ticket confirmation. The next day I received a phone call, from a gentleman with such a strong accent I could not understand him, I finally had to ask for someone with better English. The new agent was not much better, but what he said was that they were making me aware of the restrictions on the flight I had purchased. That being No carry on, no baggage of any kind , not even checked, there was no on line pre check in and most of all no refund.

Who travels with no baggage? After being on hold for “10” min so he could check with the airlines - he say’s because it’s a discounted fare they are strict and wont allow bags of any kind unless I up grade which was $577.85. I told him no I was not paying him more, that he was a scammer, That I would report him to the BBB. Of course he denied it and said I was the scammer for trying to get out of what I ordered. I said I want a full refund, he said he could not do that and would issue the tickets as originally purchased. I had to cancel my cc , hopefully that will be the end.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
