Scam alert. Pretends to be other companies

They pretend to be the customer support for other organizations. (Mine was royal Caribbean). They then charged me for services 50 + percent higher (it didn’t even add). When I saw the charge come from unravel travel I knew it was a scam. I than asked to cancel and refund the transaction where I got several different policies and changed form 24 to 72 hours and got transferred to 4 different depts some saying one thing others saying another. This company is praying on honest people making a mistake in calling them and charging them high rates and not doing anything. They need to be shut down

I searched on Google FLAIR AIR FLIGHT and the first search was FAREOBUDDY and the person on the phone said there was only one ticket available for the dates I was looking for and said there was a time-frame of how long she could hold it. So in fear, I decide to book and see quoted me an amounts that seemed fair but told me she needed to book my flight separately because of the availability. When I received my CC PAYMENT the cost was 196$ plus 777.94 but when I got off the phone, I looked directly on the Flair Air website and was able to find the SAME FLIGHT for under 200$
This is a SCAM...

Attempted to set up flight for kids. Payment method continued to not go through. Flight was needed for the next day. After not seeing payment go through on credit card attempted to call rep, tried two times over a couple hours. Never heard back. Still saw no confirmation email. Nervous about getting kids to where they needed so flights were booked with another carrier. Tried reaching out a third time when a confirmation email came through. Was told simply that I was SOL and would have to eat the $900+ charge. So unless you want to wait holding your breath to know things went through definitely find a different outfit who actually cares about their customers and not simply wanting to earn the commission they get. Such a friendly guy who needs to find a more honest place to work. They had two chances to help me and say things had gone through and I wouldn’t have booked the other set of tickets. Both are near the same price and same distance to the airports so it’s not me just trying to get something cheaper.

I searched southwest airline phone number and this was first site that came

Up. I was looking for help trying to access my frequent flyer number and book a flight. The man told me I need to reset my password and asked me my identity questions and continued to try to get me to purchase 2 tickets at a greater price because of covid the website isn’t updated. I then realized it was a scam and hung up.

I booked a ticket and I was charged and the emailed my my ticket flight with no confirmation # and the airlines are saying there’s no ticket available... I drove an hour and a half to the airport just to be scammed out of $90 and the person as the airlines front desk attendant claims he can’t look up a ticket and all he can is book a flight... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !

I call this company to change a flight time, I gave them info and then the person called the airline company pretending to be me and ask them to waive the fees so that she could charge my credit to her account. Fortunately, the airline supervisor suspected a problem and called me. Please beware of this company
