The process was normal I received order confirmation email of payment and item in detail and a third party (https://app.17track.net) shipment tracking number link. It said it was delivered but it never did. Contacted customer service at [email protected]..

They were able to re-ship it which I was fine with it but same result. When I asked for a refund they kept encouraging to have it re shipped instead and that was the only option.
