I ordered online from a marijuana dispensary that falsely said they were a licensed dispensary in New York State where marijuana is legal. After I paid, I was asked to submit a $399.99 certificate of insurance, saying that the $399.99 would be refunded, but were not able to verify this. When I refused to do so, they declined to do so and would not refund.
