I received a letter in the mail that appeared to be from my lender, Everett Financial Inc. Inside the letter it says FINAL NOTICE and said the letter is to inform us about an important message regarding the rights to our address secured by our current lender. They say some more stuff, and at the bottom of the letter is some sort of check looking thing that says allocated waiver with a price of $199.00
