my boyfrriend ordered merch from an artist we saw in concert thinking it was a legitimate merch store. when the items came we immediately knew we'd been scammed and reached out to the company who have been denying us a refund. I have back and forth communication screenshots of the scammer telling us "it takes a lot of time and money to return items so you should just keep them" and that they wont refund us. please remove their website and help me get our money back.
