2/17/24 I received a phne call from 815-661-7510 ( predictive caller line) came up as spam risk. the caller who could not speak clearly stated that I had ordered gummies from the company and paid only for the shipping. But after 14 days I did not call them to cancel back in October 2024. Then she stated that in order to prevent the shipment of 900 bottles of gummies, I would need to cancel the order and pay over $400.00 for the gummies I received. When asked why was I just now being notified. She stated the order was being esculated and they were trying to prevent it affecting my credit score. I asked her to send over an invoice via email. She stated she could not, she needed to settle it over the phone to be cancelled. I told her that I did not want the products and I would have never agreed to pay over $400.00 for gummie products. She stated it was in the terms and agreement in fine print which I agreed to. She continued to tell me that I needed to pay the $400.00 before the cancellation could occur. I refused to pay her anything over the phone. and she stated that on Wednesday I would receive the 900 bottles of product because I did not pay for the first two. She stated I only paid for shipping and handling of the first two bottles. She stated they emailed me back in november 11/16/2024. I do not have an email from nutricure company regarding this or any product. The FDA has already made this company stop making their product due to non compliance with their rules. I do not recall an email regarding a product /payment due back in November of 2024. I'm not sure why they would not have inquired earlier if this was a legitimate company or offer. There is no way I would have agreed to pay $400.00 for two bottles of gummie products. And I certainly did not agree to receive a product I am not using. If I should receive any products from this company going forward, I will send them back as I have asked not to receive any products from them ever in the future. The address that was given was 782 South River RD, ST. george Utah. 84790 but when I google that address, there are several businesses with that address as a location. I'm not sure even if this is a legitimate company. " nutricure company". I know it has to be a scam because she kept saying this is not a "scam". From the list of complaints, this has been going on for some time now
