Fake conference Reports & Reviews (1)

- Chicago, IL, USA

I believe this is a scientific research conference scam. I am a neuropsychologist and received this email:

Dear Julia A Thomas,

We recently reviewed your influential paper titled "Quality of life in people with epilepsy: The associations of anti-seizure medications and biopsychosocial variables." and found it highly relevant to our session "Epilepsy and Neuropathic Pain Management" at the International Neuro Science Conference 2025. We are pleased to inform you that the summit will be held in person during September 18th-19th, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain.

We would be honored to have you as a speaker. The event will provide a platform for enriching discussions and direct exchanges with fellow experts, fully leveraging our face-to-face meeting format.

This gathering will unite global leaders to explore groundbreaking advancements in neurology, focusing on areas such as neurodegenerative diseases, neuroimaging innovations, and neuromodulation therapies. Your expertise would greatly enrich our discussions, and we eagerly anticipate including your insights in our program.

You're welcome to register or submit your abstract on our website, or simply reply to this email to confirm your participation.

We sincerely hope to welcome you to Barcelona and look forward to your positive response.

Warm regards,

Diana G Florance

Scirator Conferences

As a researcher and clinician, I believe this is one of many scams targeting academics to get them to spend money on conference registration fees. Their website for the conference does not list any speakers (that never happens) and still requests fees. https://sciratorconferences.com/international-neuro-science-conference-2025/
