My husband purchased a gift card through Fairmont.com for Mother’s Day and forwarded it to me. He has proof of payment. I used the gift card. Then I was charged a second time on my credit card and was told the gift card was used online the day my husband purchased it. Sounds like a scam/hacking scam drained the gift card?
