This is a repeated fraudulent scam company that is been reported to the Better Business bureaus every time and I am just another victim I ordered four pack of a product and it is not what they advertised and they are refusing to refund me my money even though they have a 30-day refund policy and they keep going back and forth with me just like all the other complainers on Better Business Bureau have stated about this company and they want me to keep the product and have offered a 50% refund and claiming that they cannot guarantee that they will receive their product back letting me know that their address and information is probably not legitimate they're claiming there in Los Angeles but I did some research and it shows there from China. All in all they're not selling a product that they advertise they're sending you some cheap crap that doesn't even look like the product and they're charging a lot of money and then they will not let you return it and will not refund your money

Ordered the garden decor off this site. And nothing pisses me off now they have my card info and personal address

This website advertised hand crafted metal wire sculptures of 2-3 ft shipped from California. What I received was less than a foot and a cheap metal cutout not even close to what was pictured on the website. When I asked for a return they claimed the return address was not that listed on their website.

Advertised a wire garden sculpture

which was pictured as 3D and very detailed. What I got was flat and did not look like what is advertised. They claim to be going out of business and have marked down items from $130 to $29.99. I contacted them at [email protected] and asked to return it for my money back. They said I would have to pay high shipping charges that are more than I paid. Then offered a 15% discount. When I denied, they kept increasing the refund amount until they said 35% would be the highest amount they would refund me. They have stolen the website info from the real artist, Robin Wight from Fantasy Wire out of the UK and are claiming to be him.

One contact address on their site is:

Slaberge Internationl Co. Ltd.

Room 1307 13/F

Ken I Commercial “Butlding”

335 - 339

Queens Road West

Another address on their site:

4435 Angie Dr

Los Angelas, CA

I saw a sale for garden sculptures on Instagram. Found their website and placed an order. Received confirmation and shipment tracking info. The shipment tracking never went past the label was created. No package was ever shipped. The seller claims the post office couldn’t deliver the item and it was destroyed. The shipment tracking shows the post office never received the shipment. Tracking number 4208010892612903574903000013422460

Yard decorations illustrated as cute fairy figurines done by an artist. Artist will no longer be making them anymore. Big sale. $130 price marked down to $26. Buy 2 or more and free shipping. I ordered 3 fairy yard decorations. They were shipped from China. I received 3 flat cut outs, out of thin bendable metal. Nothing like pictured. Cheap knock offs. I emailed them immediately upon receipt of the knock off decorations requesting a full refund. They’ve replied with a 20%, 25%, and lastest offer was a 40% discount and I wouldn’t have to return the junky decorations. I refused their offer and stated I wanted a full refund. I continued to insist on a full refund. Thus, I was finally given an address (in China) to return the items. The Address provided is: 378 Chuangying Road, Yongning Block, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China Post code:511300 Receipt: William Benson Tel: + 1 917 6727317 I’m pretty sure this address is not valid, same as the one noted on their website at: 4435 Angie drive Los Angeles, California (no zip code noted). In their emails with me, they continue to say if I choose to return the items, there is no guarantee they will be received back. Basically, they are hinting if I choose to return the items they will claim items weren’t returned and I won’t be issued a refund. Because the address provided is most likely fake. FYI, I have disputed the charge through my credit card company but have not heard back from them on the status. Hope you can shut down their shady website. Thanks so much for your attention to this matter..

The merchant FairiesWire.com is using Facebook to advertise merchandise using photos of statues from www.FantasyWire.co.uk and representing them as their own merchandise, then sending a very bad fake of those statues. The Fairies.Wire.com statues look nothing like what was advertised. Apparently this company keeps popping up on Facebook as a new company once enough complaints are registered. They are using a US address, but I believe they are based in China.

fairieswire show pictures of products. The products they sell you are not the same as the picture. They took the photos from an actual artist https://fantasywire.co.uk/robin-wight/ who has asked websites to take them down. I have read that they have scammed many people under different names.
