This company, "Fadel-Beatty Limited" is back on TikTok trying to sell a stand up Tool Box for $59.8.
This is the same scam they ran last year, only I tried to buy one last year to use as a Silent Auction item for a charity event. I got lucky though because I was able to get my money refunded through TikTok. So now when I see this ad, I Flag it.

I ordered right at $60 worth oh clothing and shoes for my granddaughter a d my children for Christmas and Birthday..I am a elderly woman of 70, my problem is I trust people to much. Now my kids won't be getting the Christmas I wanted to get them. This not only makes me sad but angry also. I hope that they catch these people.

Their registered office doesn't add up

If you type their registered trading address on Google maps, the industrial estate is closed down, so these fraudulent people are untraceable. They have numerous email addresses, the majority of people cannot get hold of the supplier because after a short period of time, they close the email account and set up a new one. They are taking money from their customers and the supplier says their order is lost, I'm so glad I looked into these before I purchased from them. The prices are extremely cheap, and if it seems to be too good to be true, it usually is. They need to be reported to Companies House on gov.uk. It'd be interesting to know who actually owns the building they're "trading" from.

Just to add, they are trading a few different companies under this Ltd company. I've attached a few screens shots. One address is in China but the registered address is the one in Ireland.

I ordered a hoodie and a top with matching pants 10/10/2022 about 32.00$ worth.There is no way to contact them it just takes you in a big circle. Now I am seeing a lot of bad things online about this company being high risk and no one is getting the items they ordered at all I don't know what to do...and I am angry I want my money or my stuff.

Ordered 2 led light horror dioramas from this company.They arrived but the product description says they come with 3AAA batteries and a remote control.No batteries and no remote.What I find very suspicious is that the postal address I have seen mentioned in previous posts is exactly the same.But a different email address.

DECEITFUL AND ZERO COMMUNICATION

Placed an order for a "Piston Art Skull Keychain" on 9/21/22, Order 88009, received it on Oct 3rd 2022. Only received the skull. Emailed company at [email protected] on 10/4 and several times after and also responded to their rating email (gave them 1 star). Company is not replying and my comments to the rating was never posted on their website. They describe the keychain as "polished skull, flashlight and keychain combined together". BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !

To be or not to be Scammers

I purchased items on this website because I thought they offered absolutely awesome deals. I even went to their about us section which made it convincing to move forward which I did. My orders were placed on,
September 26,2022. Confirmed
September 27,2022 and provided a tracking number however there weren’t ever any tracking details and or confirmation of shipment in process of delivery it always read that information wasn’t available yet. On October 7,2022 I sent an email to the company demanding a refund and or shipping information in which they responded accordingly providing an explanation that my shipment had been lost never offering anything but a complete refund which I received thank goodness. None the less I can’t honestly say if the company is fraudulent or not but it’s definitely suspect.

I have had the same issue but the tracking number is for someone else as I called Royal Mail and they said the tracking number is right but it’s not mine at all. I have emailed the company and no response at all yet I have ordered 2 items as well.
