Ordered may items...tracking number sent and the couriers is listed in Chinese. When I translate its a courier that does not exist. Emailed them 6 times no reply. I guess its bye bye money. Wish I read these reviews before I departed with my hard earned $$$. I hope the karma bus gets them!

I'm in a similiar situation. I placed and paid for my order 10/17/2022 and was given a tracking number. I tracked my package and it arrived in the US but it was delivered to a totally different address per the US Postal Service. I have emailed to the address that is listed, [email protected] but I am not getting any response from them.

This company, "Fadel-Beatty Limited" is back on TikTok trying to sell a stand up Tool Box for $59.8.
This is the same scam they ran last year, only I tried to buy one last year to use as a Silent Auction item for a charity event. I got lucky though because I was able to get my money refunded through TikTok. So now when I see this ad, I Flag it.

I ordered right at $60 worth oh clothing and shoes for my granddaughter a d my children for Christmas and Birthday..I am a elderly woman of 70, my problem is I trust people to much. Now my kids won't be getting the Christmas I wanted to get them. This not only makes me sad but angry also. I hope that they catch these people.

Their registered office doesn't add up

If you type their registered trading address on Google maps, the industrial estate is closed down, so these fraudulent people are untraceable. They have numerous email addresses, the majority of people cannot get hold of the supplier because after a short period of time, they close the email account and set up a new one. They are taking money from their customers and the supplier says their order is lost, I'm so glad I looked into these before I purchased from them. The prices are extremely cheap, and if it seems to be too good to be true, it usually is. They need to be reported to Companies House on gov.uk. It'd be interesting to know who actually owns the building they're "trading" from.

DECEITFUL AND ZERO COMMUNICATION

Placed an order for a "Piston Art Skull Keychain" on 9/21/22, Order 88009, received it on Oct 3rd 2022. Only received the skull. Emailed company at [email protected] on 10/4 and several times after and also responded to their rating email (gave them 1 star). Company is not replying and my comments to the rating was never posted on their website. They describe the keychain as "polished skull, flashlight and keychain combined together". BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !
