Emgewl website is also owned by Fadel-Beatty Limited and the same thing happened to me. Ordered in Nov/22 and in December on the 21st the tracking number I was giving said delivered and signed for but I did not receive or sign for it. Been scammed!

Purchased and Paid for item never received

My order#dfjtfu 10644- Item purchased on Jan 3,2023. Paid for express shipping. Today is Jan 11,2023 have not yet received my item. I have been begging Kathy at address [email protected] for help but she is very silent. Item was shipped with Global tracking from shipper I just need to know the name of the carrier who would have brought the package to me. Kathy and everyone else keeps ignoring me. This is my 1st experience with this company and I guarantee never again. I will never recommend anyone to use this company. Your money will be taken very promptly and they do not show any interest in helping if there is a problem. This company is cheep but the hassle is not wort it. I suggest go else ware for your purchase. I will not recommend this company. Stay away from them. They are ripoff, scammers, and back dealers

When I contacted the company by the email address that I was given, these are the responses I’ve received! See below when I asked for a full refund because I never received the package. She stated it would be 60% of what my price was then when I said just resend my package they blocked my email completely I can’t even get through to them.

I purchased items on December 5th 2022, item was shipped December 9th and it showed JANUARY 2cnd 2023 that it was delivered after dealing with there so-called customer service email from 3 different people saying the same thing, that they will send me the items to me again, I can't get anyone to give me a tracking number. Company is a joke and a rip-off. Buyer beware, I'm out over a hundred dollars.

I order the ending of November 22 I am still waiting for my items, it has now got to the point where I just feel so silly that I trusted against my better judgement that I was helping out a company with my purchase. I am sickened by this and I would like too see all money and compensation for all that has had their hard earned money taken from them, most of items was for my daughter's Christmas presents so as you can guess I had to find more money to get her some more. Same as everyone else, ordered, order was stalled for almost 4 weeks and then I've received cheap ring form online seller 24208 San Michele Road in Moreno Valley CA. Tracking number stated my order was delivered same time and date as trinket box. Clearly the original label from China was covered with the one from CA. Company registered in Ireland. After threatening them with FBI and internet crime they shut me out and emails bounced back. Now I've seen same site but different name. I can only urge everyone to take the time and report it to the Government internet crime site and whatever sites you can find, incl your credit card co. The prices did sound too good to be true! Clearly they get away with a lot of money and so far keep on operating, switching names.
