I went to their website I placed a quite large order of about 10 to 12 items paid about $55 bucks for them was promised that they would be shipped as soon as possible it took 2 months for the tracking website that they use for it to say that it was delivered to my mailbox the package when I went to my mailbox to check it all was in when there was a I'd say a six by 6 in by 6 inch box that had a silver ring in it none of the stuff on the package and none of the paper on the packaging even looked like the same company that I ordered from much less I ordered a bunch of clothes and shoes so it wouldn't been a little tiny box with the ring in it I have emailed numerous times to try to get my money back or they have them send the items again or something that they won't I don't get anywhere with them they just keep telling me to email customer service and they'll get back with me nobody ever gets back with me I'm going to post some pictures of my order and I just believe that this business needs to be sued or something something needs to be done because they're doing this so way too many people making way too much money off the of everybody's belief that their actual company there's got to be something that can be done

I ordered a whole load of clothing and boots. What arrived was a fake little silver ring. I had major arguments with Evri the shipping company blaming them for delivering the wrong goods and then I find this site! SCAMMED. Apologies to Evri!

Hi I'm Katharina Brown and I had placed an order of 13 different items of clothing, shoes and handbags on 1-3-23 and I was very patient about it because it took so long I have contact the company and someone with the name Ann had wrote me back but couldn't give me any information.so I kept checking the tracking number and it finally started that my package was out for delivery. It came on 2-7-23 but it was a very small package with a silver ring inside, something I had never ordert. I would like to be refunded my order came to 44 dollars. If you want me to send the little ring back I will, otherwise I will have to take further actions,and it won't be nice.I hope you understand thank you.

I ordered a bag on Dec 10 2022 from Ilioh which appears to be part of Fadel-Beatty ltd I received an order confirmation and my credit card was debited on the same day. Despite several emails requesting an update I have heard nothing since. I have asked my bank to block my visa so they cannot charge anything else and can only conclude that I have been scammed. The amount is small but they still have my money!

I'll have to dispute the charge now with my bank. They have many websites with different names. Check the very bottom of any website. If you don't see links to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other REAL websites, it's a scam!

Ya we ordered clothing and received a stupid costume jewellery ring just like the other person on here. I’ll be calling my cc company to file a report and see what else I can do. We didn’t lose a lot of money but still they shouldn’t be able to get away with this.

When did I order a ring?

As many of the people in here, I too fell into the trap and ordered some clothing items, a duvet and a bag at super crazyily low prices. The voice in the back of my head was saying "don't do it" but I am stubborn and defiant and ordered.
A tracking number came through after a few days, it was to be delivered by Hermes, which is now Evri. I got updates on tracking, all seemed very legitimate until the delivery was made.
I was presented with a very small package so I opened it and was presented with a very cheap plastic ring with an authenticity certificate, a story about diamonds and a card to register! Okay, I spent just over £40 so I am lucky compared to some others, I am frustrated at losing the money especially with the cost of fuel and living expenses rising but not wages but as said, I am lucky compared to others.
I ailed customer service and was asked if I would like the items sending, I replied "yes" then a second email came stating they would like to resend the items immediately. So yeah, in a nutshell, complete scam!
The fact that they are supposed to be legitimate, ads come through on Google and YouTube, it makes it seem legitimate as why would they be advertised if they were not thoroughly checked so I see how easy it is to get pulled in and attracted by the incredibly cheap prices but please, do not fall into the same trap I myself and many others have fallen in to, do not order from these sites, if it looks too good to be true, the simple fact is, it is!

I saw this on Facebook it looked like a good deal and the testimonies on there said everybody seem to be happy with their service. Wrong! I should’ve done more digging Cuz then after a month of not getting my stuff from them and reaching out to them several times and I was told to track it which I did and it finally said that it had to arrived and was in my mailbox locker no nothing was there and now I can’t even get anybody to respond back to me about wanting a refund for stuff that I never received. When I looked online deeper and looked up this name “Fadel-Beatty Limited” I found where several people have the same story as I do. I will never trust anything on Facebook again.

Order Never Arrived

I ordered five coats in December. They kept saying that the order was delivered and it never arrived. Customer service said it was delivered by USPS. I went to USPS and they didn’t have a tracking number. I then emailed them back and they said they were going to deliver another package or the items. I have not heard from them since then. They’re a scamming company and need to be stopped and investigated.
