I placed order on December 5, 2022 after 27 days in transit tracking system shows it delivered but 8 did not get it and no one deliver it. Now, they are not responding my emails. Its very disappointing and hurting I paid them for my order.
Kindly if anyone help me what I should do? I'll be grateful

Really sad that many of your items are Christian related but yet you scam people! My daughter was really looking forward to a sweater we purchased but did not receive, like so many others. I’m out the money now, no items received. Was told I would get a refund but nothing. I had a bad feeling when the transaction came up and it just looked off. Please take this company down. I wish I would have read the reviews before giving my money away. Sad people can do this to people and get away with it!

Is this a legitimate company. I have ordered some mens clothing. The price seems ridiculous is it a scam. Can't contact this provider. It says you have to use 250 characters. But my question is is this company legitimate. Seems I have to dictate a very large legitimate letter to contact them.

Shady company

Ordered clothes around Thanksgiving, checked the order for updates every week. It said it was in transit for about a month. Then on January 1st, it updates to saying it was delivered December 30th. It was not! And tell me why on December 30th it still said it was in transit?! I get emails stating that if it says it's delivered then it must be. They won't provide a carrier name, their extremely shady. Scam artists.

Using Facebook Ads to scam!

I ordered a Pallet of electronics from them through their Facebook ad. I ordered it on November 27th, 2022. The ad says it will ship within 24 hrs. and arrive in 7 to 10 days. It's now January 1st, 2023, and I have received nothing. Every time I send an email asking about my order It takes a week before I get this:

Then nothing happens, I have no tracking number and no real contact information except this BS email address. Facebook is allowing thousands of these ads to be displayed on their site. They are just as responsible in my opinion. I have contacted Facebook as well and have received nothing in return. I would like to start a class action lawsuit against Facebook for negligence.

Poocroct scam

I ordered cookware early December but never received it from poocroct.com also under Fadel Beatty. It's still supposedly in China. Report them to FTC federal trade commission. Please do research before you order from these fake companies. If it's not Amazon or actual store dont bother!
