I ordered 2 lounge sets and a mini dress in August of 2024, got a tracking number that did not work and the support e-mail gets bounced back to me as undeliverable. It is now December 2024 and I never recieved my order not did I get a refund.

The website appeared to be legit. I placed an order online for $24.99 for 2 cotton lounge sets - 3 pack summer sale on 08/2/24. After 2 weeks after placing my order I made an attempt to contact Fabulady. They ONLY provide an email address: [email protected] (no telephone number or address). I never received a response. I sent another email 4 weeks after placing my order - and that email never received a response. Now it is 6 weeks & I still have not received my order.

This was for a bag I purchased the first week of August. When I contacted customer service they gave me a tracking link. 3 weeks later it said it was delivered but it was not. I contacted them twice more and no response.
