The owner of Horizon Rental Service in Bell CA (4261 florence ave bell ca 90201) now owns EZ Rental Service in East Los Angeles (5829 e beverly blvd los angeles ca 90022) They charge you $230 guaranteeing you a house and saying it goes towards the deposit of the house. I applied at Horizon Rental Service they charge me $230 I would ask them for properties and they would always give me bull[censored] [censored] excuses. It came down to the termination of my contract which they said that it would be refundable if i didnt rent through them and yet they would always give me the run around of my own money!! Dont believe them!! Hopefully this place full of scammers gets shut down soon!

This Company promised to help me find a rental home/apartment. I paid $215 for their services and according to them a fee of $85 would be deducted and I would get the money back if I find an apartment of my own. This so called company never followed up and never attempted giving me listings of homes. When I attempted at getting my money back they gave me the runaround. I was suppose to get my money two months ago and till this day I have not received a cent. This company is just a scam. They get listing from websites and sell them to people. They do nothing to help you find a rental home.

This relator agency states they will help look for homes for rent or dwelling for rent based on preferred locations, budgeting by asking for a low fee of $230 (service charge). They do not look for any listings, they do not call to follow up nor help with find any type of dwellings for rent. When I call to follow up the employees are rude and hang up on me when I want to get more information. I can not get a hold of anyone responsible to talk to me about my rental status or obtaining appointments with property owners.

Company asked for 215 dollars down to show me all properties in the area I was looking for . They did not have photos only map quests printouts. They kept me waiting finally made me a fake appointment and then cancelled . They are doing these types of fraud thoughout many cites in California . I turned it my Personal information .
