I started with this company since Feb 2nd and on Feb 27th I try contacting Patricia because on my panel there was an order without a tracking number when I try calling her it went straight to voice mail this is definitely a scam.. I hope they all burn in hell

Hi I was scam from this company out of $3,155 which I was very upset they lead me on thinking this was a real work from home job and come to find out they took the money I made with them and locked me out the account this world is sooo cold and sad how I was thinking I had a job from home and they just robbed me like that. Please don’t sign up with them at all they are a scam company

I've been searching for a work from home job, I receive an email from Patricia Davis, who is African American just like I am. After responding to the email she calls to tell me I have the job, I will receive a contract, please read and sign, I thought it was legit, my probation started Jan. 25th, pay and benefits will start Feb. 26th. I worked an entire month and 4 days before pay I start receiving packages on the dashboard with no tracking number, I inform her and she says their working on it. On Feb. 25th, I give them my Paypal email to receive pay, they have options to receive a check or via Direct Deposit, thank god I chose Paypal, I could dispute thing easier. On the morning of payday, I can't access the website, it says my email is not in their database. I text her, no reply, it's been 5 hours. I really want these people prosecuted for what they're doing to innocent people. I will upload everything I have on them, hoping it will help. I was a fool to sign the contract but the contract had a seal. Please catch and prosecute these people, we should start a class action lawsuit! They are a complete scam, I contacted the company that leases out space at that particular address, they have no company with that name in that building. As you can see there is no suite number attached to their address. I called/emailed the companies that they have listed on their website as customers/clients. None of those companies have ever did business with them. These companies are also pursuing legal action for using their likeness on their website. All the numbers I pulled up associated with this company have been given to the authorities, They will locate them via cell towers. Here is one of the emails below

I have been contact every authority that I can. I have contacted also the Governor of Connecticut Ned Lamond and he said that he will pass is on to his attorney general for investigation. This little ring will be brought down in time.

I have been trying to research this company but there is no information available. I reached out to Patricia Davis and she assured me it was a legit job but can not offer any other details about the company. I called the number on the official website but you never speak to an one that can provide clarity on the job. Patricia Davis provided me with the HR number, 959-214-4812, but could not speak with with anyone to provide information. So after reading post from people on this site I terminated the position effective immediately. Do not want to apart of any scamming activities and of course no legal issues with law enforcement flagging me for illegal activities I was not aware of just trying to get a second job for extra income fir my family. Told her I would not ship out any more packages and keep all my email and text traffic just in case any issues arise because of this.

The only thing you can find is a website with the job description but nothing else. The place of business is on a residential area and does not sit right with my so I terminated the position. I hope they stop trying prey on people that are just trying to really wirk.

This company is a complete scam.
I asked them to provide me with information proving that they are a legitimate company.
They did not answer.
I called all the numbers, no answer.
They shut down the control panel where the task are.
I started to do more research on the company.
This company has companies posted on their website that they have not done business with.
These companies I called have never heard od express evaluate.
I am waiting on a call back from the building manager.
I called to ask them if they have a space in their building leased out to express evaluate.
I went deeper into my investigation, this is the type of scam where these scammers buy things off eBay, Amazon, and other places with stolen credit card numbers. They send it to you, then they process a shipping label to have it sent to people they sell these items too.
If you are with this company, please leave them alone, your address is being red flagged on stolen items.

I too just got a job offer phone call & have gotten same results when doing thorough research & looking more into this company am kind of weary myself as it kind of seems as it's too good to be true but then again I have a question for @Joseph... you actually have signed the contract & received high end materials so far & performed assignments for this company & did you actually get assigned a supervisor & a website to keep track of things such as notes, pay & you never had to give your SSN # or NO BANKING INFO AS OF YET, CORRECT because to be honest with you... I'm actually thinking about signing the contract & checking this out after reading this & I mean the worst things that could possibly happen is they have my name, address & signature & might lose out on some gas, shipping/packaging fees & 1 last question for @Joseph... what is your honest truthful gut instinct feeling tell you so far about the the whole process & position of employment you have held for the past 10 days for this company because the lady I talked to kinda made it sound like I had limited amount of time to sign contract before the position would be filled... I asked for a zoom also and they blocked my number.
I called the companies on their website to see if they were clients of Express Evaluate. 3 of them said no, the other it was difficult getting them on the line. I told then they are using your logo without your permission. They all have the website.
I hat scammers, and I will do everything to catch these a-holes

I called the the realtor that owns the building that they have as an address. The lady said that she has never heard of that company and they do not have space leased at that address. I told her that they are using your address as a scam on their website. I sent her the website and she is reporting it to her lawyer and the FBI.

I sent this to my so called rep. I began really doubting the removing labels and placing other names on packages. And as a YouTube video stated.. who really pays so much to ship one item. It wasn't worth it for me to fall into a scam so Im out. I had asked for a copy of my contract and she could never furnish. I then asked for a Zoom so I could verify her. She of course refused. She also stated that HR was hectic to reach..hmmmm. So I explained to hewr visa email Im out..."There was no verifiable contract with my signature.. no two week notice required as this is a reported scam. I have asked you on a recorded call to stop all packages. I will be working in the Bay Area beginning tomorrow morning. anything you send will be your responsibility. You have also refused to Zoom to verify identification and address was false. Your emails will be saved for legal purposes.

they offered me a position to receive packages check the tracking numbers changed the name and tracking number and resend them using ups, postal office and FedEx. They create an account for you and send you tracking number once the things are arrive you go pick it up change info and send it back to them.

I too have gotten call from Express Evaluate. They have a red 'e' as their logo & are supposedly located at 1 Elmcroft Rd, Stamford Connecticut 06902. There phone number is listed as 959-214-4886, 959-215-5998, etc. I've also been unable to find them anywhere else other than their links. However, on the BBB website I did a scam tracker search. There was something similar that occurred back in 2020. It was reported on August the 28th of 2020. The scam id #432320. Its crazy weird, but a lady basically stated that she was supposed to be employed by Great American Business Services/Wellfern. Anyways, doing postal package evaluations. She had worked for them the whole time of her 30 day 'probation period'. Then after the 30 days, they strung her along as much as the could, but never paid her for her time or service as stated in her 'employment contract.' Its one of the saddest, most disheartening recollection of events that I've ever had to come across in a very long time. She talked about how she fell so far behind on all her bills. All because someone baited her in with false promises. And of all the things to promise, it was the promise of actually being paid for the work you've done. My goodness. Well, all that I can say for myself is that I'm going to definitely take all of what I know with a grain of salt. Along with some extra servings of keeping my job search active. With the added nutritional benefits of trying to find an employer who has a lot more credibility or possibly starting my own business. May God, Lord have mercy on us all.
